One of the best overall apps Ive ever used! Great design and functionality! So many features!!!

Overall this is a great app. Its easy to search my collection and build decks. By the time you add in the in-app purchases, its expensive but still worth it. I have four feature requests: multi-set camera import, saved searches, decklist export to text, in-app collection merge. Itd be nice to be able to add cards from multiple sets using the camera (e.g. three sets from one block). Im sure this would use more of the phones resources, but my hope is that it would still work well when limited to a few sets (rather than all sets, like most people request). This would make a big difference when entering cards after Limited events or when entering a collection of Standard cards. Saved searches would let me keep track of things like "Rares from the current set that I dont own". Id like to send decklist a directly to the clipboard (with just "SB:", card count, and name) so I can paste them into emails and other sites. I like to add newly acquired cards to a new collection file with the name of the event (e.g. FNM) and add them to my main collection file. It would be nice to be able to merge two collection files in the app so that I only have to enter the cards once. You can add a decklist to a collection file, but this does not keep set information. The FAQ says you can merge collection files in a text editor, but this is inconvenient.

Be prepared to spend $3.99 on the app, then to do anything inside the app you are lucky enough to spend $2.99-$4.99 more. Cant add cards unless I spend $2.99, to take pics of the cards, I get to spend $4.99. This is a sick ripoff, Im sure if you want a $10 app you will enjoy this but come on...

I bought this off a recommendation and bought an in-app upgrade before I realized that this app hasnt been updated since 2014. Consequently, it has NOTHING in standard play in its database. The last update has the Theros block and previous sets. But nothing in standard play. Since there isnt a way to return an app, Im SOL since I mostly have standard cards. My fault for not doing my homework. Dont let the same thing happen to you.

I always strive for perfection. I bought all the addons but I feel like I get ripped off you could of easily charged us 5 dollars for all of it instead random price addons. Anyways on to the main part about this review. I highly recommend you add media promos, such as buy a box promos, fnm promos, expedition lands, etc. I type in misty rainforest and only get the zendikar version, I type in dark petition and doesnt have the pre release stamped promo. Just would be a huge help if you add those.

Well the app was great and i love everything about it, but when i tried to update into magic origins, instead it DEUPDATED me back to theros block, and now i cant update further, please fix!!

I like the app, its got almost everything I could want, but from what I can see its missing battle for zendikar, origins, and all of tarkir in general. Those sets are sets that I make decks from, and Id like to have them. It is also missing fate reforged.

Very slick and well designed app. The pricing features and the scanner add-on are particularly awesome. I would like to see more sets (promos,etc) supported and more options for the collection manager but honestly everything this app claims to do, it does well.

DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU KNOW THE FEATURES YOU WANT. So let me start off by saying that overall - for the functions that I have used so far its pretty good - and sadly there are few apps that work as well as this one for the card scanning feature (which is why I bought it). HOWEVER - and this is the part that frustrates me - if you are planning on buying this app for the “Card Cam” feature to quickly input your collection into a website you will have to pay ~ $12 dollars. App itself +4, Card Cam addon +5, and Collections addon +3. Although it would be more apt to call it the “collection" addon because you don’t event have one “collection” available. Workaround: The only workaround that I found was to use Card Cam to input the cards you wanted to upload into a deck, upload the deck to the decked website, share the url for the uploaded deck, go to the url and download the .dec file, open it with a text editor, and then upload it to your website of choice from there via copy paste, but this still costs you $9. Furthermore it looks like the last update to the app was in 2014; with the increased power of cellphones nowadays I believe that it would be possible to implement a better version of the Card Cam feature wherein it would possible to select more than one set, even if its restricted to a block this would be a great feature. This does not even touch on the fact that buying this app does not give you access to the desktop version of the app, nor the iPad version of the app. As a side note, online deck sharing can only be done through their website, dropbox, or iCloud. So considering how things stand right now - with the separation of the pricing for their ecosystem (Desktop, iPad, iPhone) combine with the in app purchases (most of which are required for utilization with the Card Cam feature) - which if I am being frank seems very underhanded (just separate out the Card Cam feature into its own app!), and the lack of app updates since September 2014 leads me to urge you not to buy this app until these concerns are addressed.

You can buy it for $3.99, but to unlock the camera and cant collections features, another $2.99. Totaling close to $15 just for an app. Not worth it!!!!! Just hope Apple refunds my purchase because I was duped by the devs

There are no cards from Origins, Battle for Zendikar or Oath of the Gatewatch. Bought this to try to keep track of my new collection, but it turns out it hasnt been updated in almost a year.

If youre a true magic fan and either want a way to look up any card you want fast and find out pricing from many different websites than this app is the one to go to. Construct & test your own decks, pay a bit extra and log your entire mtg card collection. Ive tried all mtg apps and decked is simply the best there is. I dont know what other people are talking about. Ive been a magic fan for over two decades and this app takes care of all my needs. 5/5*

This is the best app I found for deck building and testing. However I can no longer create new decks by adding cards through the look up function. If this has been set behind a new pay wall , it is not clearly marked. The photo look up is pretty cool when it works.. But if you already know what you are doing with this app you dont need it.

This app can turn any mediocre magic player into a god. Every card is in their archives. The test and price feature on decks you put together really make this app worth while.

Ive been playing Magic for 10+ years and in the last few, this has become an indispensable tool in my life. No matter what silly brew comes to mind, I can capture it in here and keep track of my collection to fill those brews with. Love it! A++++
